I have been in the fitness industry for the past twenty years. It has been my goal to create the perfect environment for my clients to learn proper training techniques and to also achieve their fitness goal.
Body Designers Personal Training Studio is named after my store that was established over twenty years ago. Body Designers Health & Fitness Store was started in August of 1993 in a small storefront in Camden, NJ selling supplements and fitness equipment. The slogan of the store “For a Body You Can Be Proud of Inside & Out” was the reasoning behind my goal. The goal of my first store was to teach my clients about the importance of caring for the inside of their bodies by eating healthy foods and quality supplements. Taking care of the outer body with regular exercise was also emphasized as being just as important. After being in the business for over two decades, I can truly say that the store reached the goal set in 1993 of helping thousands of people improve their health and fitness levels.
Now in 2014, The “New” Body Designers Personal Training Studio is here to continue the goals set in 1993. Here at Body Designers Personal Training Studio, you will have a personal trainer who will help you design a personal fitness program that will allow you to reach your fitness goals. You will get to experience battle rope exercises, weight lifting, medicine ball training, rope climb and much more with your trainer right by your side.
